Big Kahunas

Big Kahunas (3-5 yr olds): 50 min class- This class teaches gross and fine motor skills, basic coordination, listening skills, interactive play, and the basic shapes and body positions used in gymnastics. This class will be exposed to all of the gymnastics events.

Level 3

Level 2 & 3 Girls (7 yr and up): 90 min class- This class teaches the fundamentals of gymnastics on all 4 girls events, including: Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor. This class is a more advanced class and requires an evaluation to be placed within this class.

Home Depot Kids Workshop

Free monthly hands-on DIY workshop for kids. Held the first Saturday of every month, 9am–noon, at participating Home Depot stores. Focus project varies each month — check the store page.

Coastal Cruisers

(18 mo. - 3 yr): 45 min class- This class is specially designed for kids who are just beginning the process of learning to listen in a group class setting. This is a parent and me class, participation of the parent is essential in the success of this class. A great class for development of coordination and gross motor skills. An added benefit is that all Coastal Cruisers receive free registration for the first year. ($40 value)
