Terms of Service

Accounts

You must be 18+ and a parent or legal guardian to create a Cartwheel account. You're responsible for activity on your account and for the accuracy of information about your family.

Cartwheels & bookings

• 1 Cartwheel = $1 USD. Cartwheels are prepaid and used to book classes from participating studios and coaches.
• Cartwheels are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of Cartwheel bookings.
• Booking a class holds the Cartwheels until the class is completed, cancelled, or refunded.

Cancellations & refunds

Cancel a booking 12+ hours before start time for a full Cartwheels refund to your wallet. Cancellations inside 12 hours, or no-shows, are non-refundable except at the studio's discretion. Studio-cancelled classes are always fully refunded in Cartwheels.

Studios & coaches

Classes are provided by independent studios and coaches, not by Cartwheel. They are responsible for the class, instruction, safety, and any waivers required at drop-off. Cartwheel is the booking and payments platform between you and them.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service: no fraud, scraping, harassment of other users or providers, or attempts to break our security. We can suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Cartwheel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or attendance at a class booked through Cartwheel.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app. Continued use of Cartwheel after changes take effect means you accept them.
