Moving Together is an inclusive, all-ages dance class designed to celebrate each student's unique way of moving. Led by a licensed occupational therapist with specialized training in adaptive movement, sensory integration, and inclusive participation, this class blends creative dance, rhythm, and sensory-friendly activities in a joyful, low-pressure environment. Every class is thoughtfully adapted to support a wide range of physical, cognitive, sensory, and developmental abilities. Whether you move with a wheelchair, braces, or in ways all your own — there is a place for you on this floor. We explore rhythm, creativity, and connection through guided movement, group dances, and open expression.
