Kids Yoga + Empowerment

A kids yoga and empowerment program built on five points: gratitude, affirmations, breath, movement and stillness. Runs at the same time as the adult Barre Fusion and Sculpt classes. Held on the second floor of the Encinitas Wellness Center, across from the jiu jitsu studio. Cancel at least 90 minutes ahead — later than that and the studio charges a $10 late-cancel fee.
